Cilia System

We are based on the 1st floor of the Ekanta Apan Complex in Shyamnagar. If you know the Chowrangee area, you know it can get pretty lively during the day. Cilia System is just a small team of us working out of this space. It’s a basic office setup. We have our computers and a small corner for files that seems to keep growing. It’s nothing special to look at, but it’s where we get everything done. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but we’re used to them by now. We spend most of our daylight hours here. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble or we have a deadline. We don't have any corporate manuals or fancy titles for everyone. We just help each other out when someone gets stuck. The complex has other shops and offices, so there’s always people coming and going. We usually grab snacks or chai from the vendors downstairs. It’s a very local vibe. We’ve been in Shyamnagar for a while and like being part of the neighborhood. The work keeps us busy. We don't talk much about visions or strategies. We just look at what needs to be fixed today and we do it. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or the internet goes slow, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s just how Cilia System operates. We are just a bunch of people trying to finish the day's tasks from our little spot.
