Our facility is located in the Gi Mangalpur Industrial Complex, which is a bit of a drive out in the Raniganj area of Burdwan. You have to head towards Post Baktarnagar to find us. It’s a large industrial site, and we have been operating here for a while now. The landscape around here is filled with other factories and large warehouses. Every morning, the gates open up for the staff and the transport vehicles. The heat in this part of West Bengal can be quite intense during the day, so we try to get the heavy work done as early as we can. Inside the plant, there's a lot of activity with the machinery running and people moving materials from one section to another. We aren't really into fancy talk or big presentations. We just focus on the industrial processes and making sure the output is consistent. There’s a lot of dust and the constant sound of metal and engines, which is typical for a place like this. We have a small office area where the paperwork gets handled, but most of the action is out on the floor. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything coordinated in such a big space, especially with the delivery schedules and the maintenance of the equipment. We just take it one day at a time, making sure everyone knows their job and the work gets finished properly before the shift ends.
