Inumella Horticulture Farmers Producercompany Limited

Our place is in Velamavari Palem, which is part of the Inumella area in Rompicherla. The door number is 5-157/A. It’s a small village setup, so everyone knows where everything is anyway. We deal with horticulture, so our talk is mostly about fruit trees and garden crops. The air out here is a bit fresher than the towns, though it gets very dusty when the tractors go by. The office is just a simple room with some chairs and a cupboard for all the files. We don’t have air conditioning or fancy lights. Most of the time, the windows are just open to let the air in. Inumella is a place where people work hard, and we try to do the same. We aren't into big speeches or polished presentations. If someone has a question about their plants or the market, they just walk in and ask. We might be busy with some registers or talking to a vendor, but we always make time. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. Sometimes we have to go out to the fields ourselves to see what’s happening. The pace is tied to the seasons. When it’s harvest time, we are busy from dawn until late at night. Other times, it is a bit more relaxed and we can catch up on our record-keeping. It is just a regular life here in Rompicherla, nothing more and nothing less.
