Kishan Navdeep Agritech & Marketing (Opc) Private Limited is located over at Vindeshwari Panjiyaravill in Panch, specifically in the Dudhari Block of Banka. We set this up to help with the farming and selling side of things. It’s a small operation here. We spend a lot of time thinking about how to get things to market. Banka is a place where a lot of people rely on the ground for their living. Being in Dudhari Block means we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a big staff. It is just a few of us trying to make sense of the market prices. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to see what is happening elsewhere. The office is really just a place to keep the records and meet people. We use some technology where we can, but it’s mostly just hard work and keeping track of who needs what. People around here know the Panjiyaravill spot. We try to keep it simple. There are no corporate speeches here. We just talk about seeds and what the buyers are looking for this year. It gets a bit dusty in the summer and muddy in the rain. That’s just how it is in this part of Banka. We hope to keep things steady for the long run. There is always a lot to do every day and we try to get through the list before the sun goes down. It’s just honest work for us. We aren't doing anything fancy, just moving produce.
