Bascone Agro Shambhuganj Producer Company Limited is located at Trisom Bhawan. We’re right inside the Block Campus in Shambhuganj. It’s a central spot for the area, so it’s easy for people to find us. We aren't some big multinational corporation; we are just a group that came together to handle the local agro business. Being on the block campus means we are right in the middle of where everything happens in Shambhuganj. Our office is pretty basic. We have some tables and files where we keep track of the local produce and the farmers we work with. Most days are spent talking to people who come in from the surrounding villages. We help organize the distribution of farming goods and try to find the best way to get products to the market. It’s regular, everyday work. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy brochures. We just talk to folks plainly and try to get the job done. Sometimes it’s a bit of a scramble when the harvest is in, but we have a good group of people who aren't afraid of a little sweat.
