Vanarani Plantation And Estates Private Limited is located right on M.G. Road. We are on the 2nd Floor of the Lumbini Apartments, at No. 19/5. It’s an interesting place for a company that deals with plantations and estates. You’ve got all the noise of M.G. Road downstairs, but up here on the second floor, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our time managing different properties and estate matters from this central spot. The office is in an older apartment building, so it has that lived-in feel. It’s not one of those modern office blocks with elevators that never work. We have a lot of maps and files laying around because that’s the nature of the business. People come in to talk about land and trees, and we sit around and figure things out. Bangalore has grown so much around us, but M.G. Road is still the heart of it. We like being accessible to everyone. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just us, the directors and a couple of staff members, handling the paperwork. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s just a regular workplace in a busy city center. We keep the doors open and the coffee hot while we manage our daily property lists.
