Getting out to Site No. 61 on Road No. 1 in the Jigani Industrial Area, Phase II, is a bit of a journey every morning. It’s an area that’s always growing, with new warehouses popping up all the time and the roads constantly being worked on. At Invincia Agroimpex Pvt. Ltd., we’ve settled into this industrial rhythm. Our space is more about utility than anything else. We have the storage areas and the office part, and both are usually busy. Dealing with agricultural imports and exports means we are often at the mercy of the seasons and the transport schedules. It’s a lot of checking lists and making sure things are what they should be. The sun can be pretty brutal out here in Jigani, and there isn't much shade, so we spend most of our time indoors under the fans. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just handle the products and make sure the buyers and sellers are connected. Some days everything goes smooth, and other days the trucks are late or the paperwork gets stuck. That’s just the nature of the business. We are a small crew, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking the stock. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know, and we do it day after day without much complaint or extra fuss.
