We have our place at No 15/4 on Primrose Road. It’s a central location, so it stays pretty busy around here. We work with farms and food supplies. It’s a lot of physical work and logistics. Our building is an older one, and we haven't done much to change it. It has a high ceiling and some old wooden doors. We like the feel of it. It’s not a modern showroom where everything is shiny. We have crates stacked up and people coming and going with deliveries all day long. My team is small, just a few people who have been with me for a long time. We don't use any complicated business words. We just talk about the produce and the prices. Primrose Road can be a nightmare for parking, so we are always moving trucks around. It’s a bit of a juggle. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the food that comes in. If it’s not right, we don't take it. It’s a simple rule. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just do the work, keep the place running, and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s a plain, honest business and we are fine with that.
