This office is tucked away in Banashankari Ii Stage, right on 17th Cross off K. R. Road. Indo-american Hybrid Seeds (india) Pvt. Ltd. uses this space mainly for the administrative side of things. It’s a busy part of town, quite different from our field locations. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with here, like letters coming to P O Nox No. 7199 and people stopping by for meetings. The 2nd A Main Road can get pretty crowded during rush hour, so we usually try to get in early. It’s a regular building, nothing that stands out too much from the residential houses around us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We handle the logistics and the planning from here. Sometimes it feels like we’re just moving papers around, but it’s what keeps the whole seed business running smoothly. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know the routine. We don’t really have a big sign outside or anything flashy. It’s just a functional spot where the real work of managing the company happens. Sometimes the tea man comes by in the afternoon, which is a nice break from the phones. It’s a steady environment, and we like the neighborhood well enough despite the traffic. There is always someone here checking the mail or answering the phones during the week.
