Down here in Phase-II of the Peenya Industrial Area, things move at their own pace. Cg-smith Software Pvt. Ltd. is located at 1-A, which is easy enough to find if you know the area well. It's an industrial zone, so there's always noise from the nearby units and trucks moving around. We work on software, but being in this kind of neighborhood keeps us grounded. It isn't a flashy office park with glass walls and fancy cafes. We have a regular space where we sit and write code or fix bugs all day long. Some of us have been here for years, and we’ve seen the roads get paved and then dug up again more times than I can count. The workspace is simple. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area for tea. We don't spend time on big speeches or writing out long goals that nobody reads. If someone needs software help, they come to us, and we see what can be done. It's practical work. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just part of being in Peenya. We just deal with it and get back to what we were doing. It’s a bit dusty outside because of the construction, but inside, it’s just us doing the daily grind. We like it this way because it’s real and we don't have to pretend to be something we aren't for the sake of appearances or for investors.
