We are based at 29, K H Road, inside Nanjappa Mansion. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character and everyone in the area knows it. Computek India Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite some time. K H Road is always bustling with traffic and people going about their business. Our office inside the mansion isn't anything like those modern glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We have wooden desks and old-fashioned shelves filled with files and some hardware we’ve kept over the years. It’s a bit crowded sometimes, especially when we have a lot of stuff delivered. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. We just make sure there’s enough room for everyone to sit and work. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We talk about the news or the weather while we work on computer stuff. There isn't a strict dress code or anyone telling us how to speak. We just use common sense. Sometimes customers come in looking for help with their systems, and we just sit down with them and talk through it. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We're just a local business on a busy road, doing what we know how to do. It’s worked for us so far, and we don't see any reason to change it at all.
