We are over at No 69 on 5th Main, 3rd A Cross in the Ombr Layout area. It’s part of Lalbahadur Nagar, near Channasandra and Chikkabanaswadi. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a quiet residential-turned-commercial pocket. The office is in a building that’s been around for a while. We have two floors, though most of us huddle on the main one. We do a lot of systems work, so there are wires and boxes everywhere you look. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes every hour, so there might be some dust on the shelves. We mostly just focus on the projects we have on hand. The team is small, just a handful of us who have worked together for a long time. We usually have tea together in the afternoon. We don’t really go for those fancy corporate retreats or anything like that. We just stay here and work through the list of tasks. Sometimes the internet goes out and we all have to take a break until it comes back. It’s a very grounded way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to make sure the systems we handle are running like they should. It’s simple, really.
