Our office is located at No. 5/3 in Bhuvanappa Layout, right near the DRC Post. It’s off the Hosur Road cross, and we’re pretty much opposite the Hamsa petrol bunk. It’s easy to find because of that. The area is usually packed with traffic, so we hear the horns all day long. Inside, it’s a different story. We try to keep it organized, though it’s a bit of a struggle with all the gear we have. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while. It’s not a shiny new glass building or anything. It’s just a regular office space where we handle our daily operations. We deal with a lot of data and exchanges, so there’s a lot of screen time for everyone. We don’t really do much in the way of marketing ourselves. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or because they are in the same industry. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is always running. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we're a tight group. We don't have big meetings with slides. We just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. It’s a very informal environment. We show up, do what needs to be done for the day, and then fight the traffic to get back home. It’s a living, and we’re used to the rhythm of it.
