We are based over in Hoskote, right at 45P near the A One High School. It is a bit of a long journey to get out here every day, but there is definitely more room than you get in the middle of the city. Indo Us Mim Tec Pvt Ltd sits right by Subhash Chowk on Gurukul Road. This area has a couple of schools and many small shops, so it gets very lively when the students are heading home. Our place is a mix of some office rooms and the big production area. It gets pretty loud once all the machinery is running, so we have all learned to talk a bit louder to be heard. We spend most of our time walking around the floor, checking on the machines and making sure we have enough supplies for the next day. It can get a bit dusty, especially when the big trucks are moving stuff around the yard outside. There are always people coming and going because of the different shifts we run. The walk from the front gate to the main building takes us a few minutes. We do not have anything very fancy here; it is mostly just the equipment and the work being done on the lines. On Gurukul Road, you see all kinds of people passing by, which is different from a regular industrial zone. We keep a close eye on the time to make sure things are moving. It is a long day for everyone here, starting early and finishing late.
