H U Gugle Biotech Pvt Ltd is out near the airport in Devanahalli. You have to go down Bhulabhai Desai Road to find us at number 23. Being near the airport means we see a lot of planes overhead all day long. We work with plants and biology. It’s a lot of waiting for things to grow and checking on samples in the lab. We have some greenhouses and some indoor spaces that have to stay very clean. It isn't like a normal office where you just sit at a computer. We are often on our feet checking the health of the cultures. The people here are mostly local folks who have learned the trade over time. We aren't big on titles or corporate levels. We just all pitch in where it is needed. Sometimes the experiments don't go as planned and we have to start over. That is just the nature of biotech. It requires a lot of patience. We have some rows of plants outside too. The soil out here is okay but we spend a lot of time improving it. We don't really advertise much. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they need specific agricultural help. It is a quiet existence away from the city center. We just keep our heads down and watch the growth. It’s a slow process but we enjoy it.
