We spend our days out in the heat and then come back to the office to try and sort out the records. It’s a very practical arrangement. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just local people who know the soil around Mandleshwar Road. The company is a way for us to stick together. Some days we have a lot of paperwork to do, and other days we’re just out checking the equipment. It’s a plain and simple way of life. We don't have big signs, just a small operation run by folks who have been in agriculture their whole lives. It’s honest and it’s what we know. We just take things one day at a time here. There is always work to be done and we just do it. Our focus is the harvest and getting through the season.
