Arth Agrisoul Science Private Limited

We are based over in Ward No. 9 in Moti Nagar, right here in Balaghat. It’s a quiet enough spot most days, though the street gets busy when people are heading to work or the market. We started Arth Agrisoul Science because there was a need for someone to look at the science side of farming around here. Most of us grew up seeing how things grow in Madhya Pradesh, so it felt like the right thing to do. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we keep our papers and meet up to talk about soil and seeds. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and chat until it comes back. We spend a lot of time visiting fields nearby to see how the crops are doing. It’s not a desk job really. We deal with a lot of local people and it gets a bit messy with all the mud and dust from the roads. Our address is easy to find if you know Balaghat. Being in Moti Nagar keeps us close to the markets too. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a handful of us trying to make sure the work gets done correctly. The rainy season makes things a bit slow, but we keep at it. We’ve been here for a while now and most people in the ward know where our door is if they need to drop by.
