Our place is in Harrabhat, over in the Baihar area of Balaghat. We’re located at number 28674, care of Dipchand and Lahriram. It’s a very local setup, right in the heart of the farming community here. Being a crop producer company in Madhya Pradesh means we’re busy year-round. There’s always something needing attention, whether it’s the sowing or the harvest. We aren't some big city firm with shiny desks. Our space is functional and reflects the work we do. People come by all the time to talk about their crops or to see what’s happening with the latest collective sales. Dipchand and Lahriram have lived here forever, so they know just about everyone. We started this to help the local growers get a fair shake. It’s not always easy work, and we have our fair share of long days where nothing seems to go right. But then you see a good harvest coming in and it feels worth it. The office is usually filled with the smell of grain and the sound of people discussing the weather. We don't use any fancy management jargon. We just talk plain English and get things done. Sometimes the road to Baihar gets a bit rough during the monsoon, but we still make it in every day. We’re just regular people trying to do right by the land and our neighbors.
