Sahejna Agri Producer Company Limited is based out of the Baihar area in Balaghat. You can find us over at the place belonging to Pravin Kumar and Sukhdev Sonekar. It’s a local setup in Sahejana, and we’ve been working out of here for a while now. The whole idea is just to get the agri side of things sorted for the local producers in this part of Madhya Pradesh. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s a very hands-on kind of place where things get a bit dusty and the phone rings quite a bit. Pravin and Sukhdev are usually around to help with whatever is going on that day. Being in Balaghat-481111 means we are right in the middle of where the work happens. We spend a lot of time talking about crops and how to move things from one place to another. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we make it work. Sometimes we are out in the fields and other times we are stuck inside doing the accounting. The office in Sahejana is where we meet to talk about the harvest and what the prices are looking like. We use simple tools and just try to be useful to the people who rely on us. It’s a group effort, and everyone puts in their time. We don't use any fancy talk, we just get to the point. That's how we run things here. There is always someone coming in with a question about their yield or the transport.
