Zalak Pure Non Veg Restaurant

We are Zalak Pure Non Veg Restaurant, located in the Primal Building on Khadde Shear Road. Our place is in the Khadkeshwar area of Aurangabad, right near the Anjali Big Cinema. Being near the cinema means we get a lot of people coming in after a movie. It’s a good spot to be. We decided to focus only on non-veg food because that’s what we are passionate about cooking. There are plenty of veg places around, so we thought we’d do something different. The restaurant isn't very large, but it's comfortable enough. We spend a lot of time sourcing the meat every morning to make sure it's fresh. That’s the most important part of what we do. The kitchen gets quite hot, especially in the afternoons, but we are used to it. We have a small group of cooks who have their own way of doing things. We don't follow fancy recipes from books. It’s more about how we were taught by our elders. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just us in the shop every day. The neighborhood is nice and people are friendly. We don't do any big promotions. We just open the doors and let the food speak for itself. It’s a simple life running a restaurant in Aurangabad and we just take it one day at a time.
