ANNAPOORNA PURE VEG RESTAURANT

Our restaurant is located in the Annapoorna Building in the CIDCO Colony area of Aurangabad. We are right on the MGM Hospital Road, which is a very busy street with people constantly heading to the hospital or the nearby shops. Being a pure veg restaurant, we get a lot of families and people who are visiting patients at the hospital. The area is quite lively, especially being near the Kakaki Chat Hotel. We have a simple setup here in the N-6 sector. The 431003 neighborhood is mostly residential and hospital traffic, so we see a lot of the same faces every week. The kitchen is always working on vegetable dishes and we try to keep things moving quickly because our customers are often in a hurry. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or have a big mission statement. We just open up in the morning and start cooking. The staff is just a few local people who know the menu well. Sometimes the dining area gets a bit cramped when it is raining or during the lunch hour, but we do our best to find everyone a seat. The floors might be a bit worn and the walls aren't perfect, but it is a real place run by real people. We just focus on the daily routine of serving meals to the folks in CIDCO.
