Ashokas Veg Restaurant

We are over here at Nirala Bazar in Aurangabad, right opposite Kohinoor Plaza. If you know the area, you probably know the law college is just nearby too. This spot on 31 Nirala Bazar is where we spend most of our days. It gets busy around here, especially with the college crowd and people heading to the plaza. We started this place because we wanted to be part of the local scene in this specific corner of Maharashtra. The street is always moving. In the mornings, you see the students walking past, and then later on, it's families and people finishing work. We don't have some big fancy story to tell. It is just a kitchen and some tables where we serve food every day. Some days the traffic outside is a bit much, but that is just how Nirala Bazar is. We keep the doors open and try to keep things running smoothly. Most of the people who come in are locals who live or work within walking distance. We have seen the shops around us change over the years, but we are still right here. It is a simple setup. Nothing too loud or flashy. We just focus on getting the cooking done and making sure there is a place for people to sit down for a bit.
