Captan DUM Biryani House

Captan DUM Biryani House is located at Aurangabad HO, right near Nehru Chowk in the Chawani area. We have been here for a while and the address is 431001 for anyone looking. We mostly focus on making biryani every day. It’s a small shop and we don’t have much in the way of decoration. We just have some simple tables for people to sit down and eat their lunch or dinner. The Nehru Chowk area is always loud and full of people, so you get to see a lot of the city's life from our front door. We start cooking early in the morning so the food is ready by noon. It's just a few of us in the kitchen and one person out front to handle the orders. We don't have a big menu because we prefer to do just a few things properly. Sometimes we run out of biryani earlier than expected if it’s a busy day. We don't use any fancy machines, just big pots and a lot of patience. My family helps out with the daily chores like cleaning and buying the spices from the market. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. We just run this one house in Aurangabad. If you're passing through Chawani, you'll see us there. We try to keep the prices fair for everyone in the neighborhood.
