Bharat Dhaba

You can find Bharat Dhaba right on the Mumbai Nashik Highway in the Ellora area. We are located at Fatiyabad, along Ellora Road in Aurangabad. It’s a spot where a lot of travelers and truck drivers stop to rest and get a meal. The highway is always busy, so there is never a quiet moment here. Our dhaba is a simple setup with outdoor and indoor seating. We have charpais and basic tables for people to sit down. It’s not a fancy restaurant by any means. We focus on the kind of food that fills you up after a long drive. The kitchen is usually busy with someone always stirring a pot or making rotis. We have a small team of workers who live nearby. We see people from all over the country since they are driving through Maharashtra. It’s interesting to talk to the different people who stop by. The dust from the highway is something we just deal with every day. We don't have a website or a marketing person. We just have our sign on the road. We open early and stay open late because that's when the travelers need us. It’s a hard life working on the highway, but it’s the business we know. We just try to keep the water cold and the food ready for whoever pulls in at any hour.
