Ujwal Restaurant & Bar

We are located out on Nashik Road, right in the Mitmita Gaon area. If you know where Fauji Dhaba is, you won't have a hard time finding us. We’ve been running Ujwal Restaurant & Bar for quite some time now. It’s a straightforward kind of place where people from Aurangabad or travelers on the road stop in. The building itself isn't new. You can see some wear on the walls and the furniture has been around, but it’s comfortable enough for a meal or a drink. We serve what people like, mostly local stuff that fills you up. The bar side of things stays pretty active in the late evening once the sun goes down. I usually sit near the counter and watch the traffic go by on the main road. It gets noisy with the trucks, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We don't have a fancy menu with photos or anything. It's just a list of what we have in the kitchen that day. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the delivery truck is late, but that’s just how it goes out here. The staff are mostly local boys from the village who know everyone. We aren't trying to be the most popular spot in Maharashtra, just a place where you can sit down and take a break from the road.
