Ujjwalshakti Agro Herbal Private Limited

Out here in Ramdih, which is part of the Auranga area in Aurangabad, we spend our days working with herbs and agro stuff. Ujjwalshakti is the name we went with. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but it fits what we do. The 824101 area is mostly rural, so there is plenty of space for what we need to grow. We don’t have a massive office or anything. It’s more of a functional space where we store things and plan the next day. The weather in Aurangabad can get really hot, so we have to plan our work around that. Herbal plants are finicky sometimes. They need just the right amount of water and shade. We’ve learned a lot by just doing it and making mistakes along the way. It isn't like a textbook. You have to feel the dirt and see how the leaves look. We are just a small group of people trying to make this work. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth usually gets us by. People in Ramdih know where to find us if they have questions. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We start early and finish when the work is done. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy. We are just a local business trying to do things the old-fashioned way without too much fuss. It works for us and the land.
