This is Nirmal Sheti Agro Producer Company Limited. We are located at Gut Number 17/2 in Padali. That is in the Paithan taluka. It’s part of the Aurangabad district. Paithan is famous for many things, but we are just a small part of it. Our office is right there on the land. It’s not a city office. You will see more tractors than cars around here. We work with the local farmers. The name Nirmal Sheti means clean or pure farming. We try to live up to that. It’s a lot of work. The sun gets very hot in the afternoons here. We usually take a break then. We aren't a big corporate office with a lot of rules. We talk to people in the local language. We share tea and discuss the crops. Some days we have to go into Aurangabad for government work. That’s the part we like the least. We prefer being in Padali. The address G No 17/2 is where everything happens for us. We don't have a marketing team. We don't even have a big sign. People just know where we are. We have been working here for a while now. It’s a practical business. We deal with seeds, soil, and the seasons. It’s simple but it keeps us very busy all year round. That is just how it is. We are farmers first and business owners second. We don't change for anyone.
