Carewell Agro Producer Company Limited is situated at Gat 95 in Katpur, which is in the Paithan Taluka of Aurangabad. This is very much a rural setup, right in the heart of the agricultural belt in Maharashtra. Our office is more like a hub for the local farmers and the work we do together. Being in Katpur means we are close to the fields and the people who actually grow the crops. We don't have the fancy glass walls of a city office. Instead, we have a sturdy building that stands up to the heat of Aurangabad. Most of our days are spent talking about yields, weather, and logistics. It’s practical, hands-on work. We aren't sitting around in air-conditioned rooms all day. We are often out and about or meeting people at the Gat 95 site. The community here is tight, and everyone knows everyone else’s business to some extent. We started this company to help organize things better for the producers in this area. It’s been a lot of learning on the fly. We deal with the challenges of rural infrastructure and the changing seasons. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s real. We take things one day at a time and try to keep the records straight. It’s just us doing our part in the Paithan region.
