Trimurti Chinies Veg & Nonveg Foods is just a small place we run here on Dr Hegdewar Road. If you know the Trimurti Chowk area in Aurangabad, you probably passed by us without even looking twice. We stay pretty busy with the local crowd coming in for a quick bite after work or on their way home. It’s nothing fancy, just a kitchen where we toss some noodles and cook up both veg and non-veg dishes for whoever walks in. Being behind Trimurti Chowk means there's always a bit of noise and people moving around outside. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The stove stays hot most of the day and we try to keep the place tidy as best as we can between orders. Some people come in for the spicy chicken, others just want a simple plate of veg fried rice. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just know where we are. Usually, the smell of the spices hits you before you see the sign. It gets crowded in the evenings when everyone is out on the road. We just focus on getting the food out fast. It’s a lot of work, chopping vegetables and making sure everything is ready by noon. We’re just local folks making food for other local folks. Sometimes the rain makes things slow, but mostly it’s just the usual daily routine here in Aurangabad.
