Tool Tech Toolings

We are based at K-166 in the MIDC Waluj area. If you know this industrial zone, you know it is all about metal, machines, and heavy trucks moving through the gates. Tool Tech Toolings is right in the middle of all that activity. The workshop is always noisy with the sound of cutting and grinding from early morning until late evening. We have a layer of fine metal dust on almost everything, no matter how much we sweep up. It is a hot place to work, especially in the summer afternoons, so we have these huge industrial fans that move the warm air around. Our office is just a small cabin partitioned off from the main shop floor with some glass panels. You can still hear every machine through the walls. We keep our tools organized on big pegboards, but someone always forgets to put a wrench back where it belongs. We do not have a human resources department or a marketing manager here. We just have a few skilled guys who know how to handle the lathes and the milling machines properly. Lunch is usually eaten sitting on wooden crates or at the small table in the cabin. The water cooler is the most popular spot in the whole shop. We have been at this location for a long time, and we know all the neighbors in the other units quite well.
