FEB TECH INDUSTRIES is based out of Plot No.L 34 & 35 in the MIDC Waluj area of Aurangabad. It’s a big industrial zone in Maharashtra, so there’s always a lot of activity around us. We have a couple of plots here, which gives us enough room to do what we need to do. Aurangabad can get pretty hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. The MIDC area is full of different companies, but we’ve carved out our own little space here at L 34 and 35. It’s a practical place, built for work rather than for looking good. We don’t have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and see people working. That’s how we like it. The roads around Waluj can be a bit rough sometimes with all the heavy machinery moving through, but it’s part of the trade. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time and seen many neighbors come and go. Being in this part of India means we are well-connected to the main routes. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they drive through the MIDC. It’s just an honest day's work for us here. We're just one of the businesses you'll find here in the Aurangabad community at Plot No.L 34 and 35.
