Lots of trucks, the sound of manufacturing, and plenty of dust. We fit right in there. We work on different types of industrial equipment. It is practical work. We spend our days at the site, making sure the production is moving and the machines are doing what they should. D-171 is a good-sized plot for us. It gives us enough room to handle the equipment without tripping over each other. Shendra is a bit out of the main town, so it’s a commute for most of us, but that is where the industry is. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just focus on the engineering and the physical building of the units. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to hit a deadline for a client. The tea stall down the road is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a simple life out here in the MIDC. We take pride in the fact that we can fix things and build things that actually work. It’s not always pretty, and the workshop gets greasy, but it’s honest work that we understand well.
