Cool Comfort

We are over here at Fazal Complex in Kuma Bazar. It’s Shop 02, right near Siddhi Chowk. If you know the area, it gets pretty busy around here during the day. Most people just walk past us on their way to the main market, but we’ve been in this spot for a good while now. It’s not a huge place, just a regular shop where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but that’s just life in Kuma Bazar. We keep the doors open usually. The neighbors are nice, mostly other small shops. People stop by to ask directions to Siddhi Chowk all the time because it is such a well-known landmark. We just point them the right way. Inside, it is pretty simple. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. There is a desk, some chairs for when people come in, and our equipment. It feels like home after all these years. We see the same faces every morning when the tea stall opens up. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, especially when the weather gets a bit rough. It is just us doing our daily work. We don't try to be anything we are not. It is just Cool Comfort, right here in the middle of everything. If you find yourself near the complex, you will see our sign. It is nothing special, but it is ours. We just keep going.
