You can find us at Kanchan Chambers, right near Kranti Chowk in Aurangabad. We are basically around the corner from Osmanpura. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot going on outside. We decided to stay strictly vegetarian because that’s what we know best and it's what our families eat. The dining room isn't huge, but we make it work. We have these big windows that look out towards the street, so you can watch the bikes go by while you eat. We've had this place for quite some time. My father started it, and now I’m the one making sure the lights are on and the floors are swept. We don't have any flashy advertisements. Most people just know us from living in the area. We try to keep the spices balanced, not too much, not too little. Every morning we check what’s fresh at the market and that's what we use. If something isn't good that day, we just don't make it. It’s simpler that way. We have a few staff members who have been here for over ten years. They are like family now. We don't promise anything incredible, just a regular meal in a regular place.
