Soham Pure Veg

Our vegetarian restaurant is called Soham Pure Veg and we are in the Disha Sankul building. This is on Gajanan Mandir Road in the Garkheda area of Aurangabad. The pin code is 431009. We are located right opposite the Jawahar Nagar Police Station, so we are quite easy to find. We serve only vegetarian food and we have been doing this for a few years now. The dining area is basic with some tables and chairs. We don't have any fancy lighting or expensive furniture. It is just a place where you can get a meal. A lot of our customers are locals from Garkheda or people who work at the police station across the street. We stay busy during lunch and dinner times. The kitchen is small but we keep it organized so we can get the orders out. We don't have a big corporate structure. It is just us and a couple of cooks. We buy our vegetables fresh and we try to keep the menu simple. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic on Gajanan Mandir Road. We don't have any big signs or advertisements. Most people know us through word of mouth. We just focus on our work and making sure the place is clean. It is a straightforward business and we are happy to be part of the neighborhood here.
