Singh Family Restaurant

Our restaurant is located on Gurudwara Road in the Osmanpura area of Aurangabad. It is a nice part of town, right across from the Konark Estate. We get a lot of families coming in, especially on the weekends when people do not want to cook at home. It is a family-run place so you might see my kids running around or my wife helping out at the cash counter. We try to keep it comfortable for everyone. It is not like those big chain restaurants where everything looks the same. Our chairs do not always match and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon. But it is clean and the food is hot. Osmanpura is a busy place with lots of shops and people walking around. We have been part of this street for a long time now. You get to know the neighbors and the other shop owners. We talk about the weather or the price of vegetables. It is a community thing. Sometimes we run out of something on the menu and we just tell people honestly. They usually do not mind much. We are just trying to serve good meals and keep the business going for another year. It is hard work but seeing a family leave happy makes the long hours feel okay. We just keep doing what we know.
