Shree Ram Mills Ltd.

We have been operating out of this spot in the Chikalthana M.I.D.C. area for a good while now. It’s located at F-7/5, and if you know Aurangabad, you know how this industrial zone gets during the peak of summer. The sun really beats down on the roof of the mill, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the day. Most of us arrive early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. You can hear the machines starting up one by one across the street. Our building isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we handle the daily workload. There’s a small tea stall just a short walk from the main gate where we usually go during the mid-morning break. It’s a busy part of town with trucks moving in and out of the different units all day. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a fair amount of time keeping the desks and equipment wiped down. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a front door that leads into the main work area and a couple of small offices for the paperwork side of things. It’s a straightforward place to work, and most of the staff have been here long enough that we all know each other’s families and routines.
