SHREE INDUSTRIES

Our place, SHREE INDUSTRIES, is over at B81 in the M.I.D.C area of Waluj. It's a pretty standard industrial plot. We’ve got a big metal door and a sign that’s seen better days. Inside, it’s mostly just machines and stacks of raw materials waiting to be used. We do a lot of manufacturing work here. It’s dusty and loud most of the time, but that is just the nature of the business in Waluj. We started out small and we’ve stayed pretty much the same size. There’s no point in acting like we are some giant company. We are just local people making parts. We have a small office tucked in the front corner where the accounts get handled and the phone sits. The rest of the space is for the actual work. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background, though you can’t always hear it over the grinders. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting on some crates or outside if the weather is nice. We don't have a human resources department or anything like that. If there is a problem, we just talk about it and fix it. It is a simple way to run things. We keep our tools sharp and our heads down. Most of our neighbors in M.I.D.C do the same thing, just working hard to finish their orders.
