Shahi Bhoj Llp

We are located over at Plot C-2 in the Town Centre area of CIDCO in Aurangabad. Shahi Bhoj Llp has been operating out of this spot for a bit. It’s a pretty central location, so there’s always something going on outside on the streets. We deal with food, so our mornings are usually spent checking the inventory and making sure the kitchen area is ready for the day. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like washing, chopping, and keeping the floors clean. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; we’re just a local business trying to do things the right way. The staff here are mostly local people from around Aurangabad who have been with us for a while. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space where we can get the work done. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes us all move a bit slower, but we get through the orders regardless. We’ve had our share of problems, like plumbing issues or power cuts, but that’s just part of running a place. We don't use big words or have complicated plans. We just show up, cook the food, and make sure everything is handled. It’s a straightforward life and we like the routine of it. Most of our neighbors in CIDCO are other small businesses, so we all kind of look out for each other.
