Saudagar Restaurant

Our place is located in Rehmaniya Colony, right along Cidco Road here in Aurangabad. If you know the Cidco N 1 area, you probably know where we are. It’s a decent spot with a lot of houses and small businesses around. Running Saudagar Restaurant has been our daily life for some time, and it’s mostly a local crowd that comes through the doors. The interior is pretty basic, just tables and chairs where people can sit and eat their lunch or dinner. No big marketing team works here. It's just a few of us working every day to keep the place going. Noon is when the kitchen gets busy, and then again in the evening when people are coming home from work. Floors stay swept and the service moves along as best as we can manage. Being on Cidco Road means there's always something happening outside. Seeing the same faces every week is nice. It’s a practical kind of place. Nothing too complicated happens with the food. It’s just honest cooking like you’d expect in this part of Maharashtra. Market-fresh ingredients are brought in daily. Sometimes the service is a little slow when we’re short-staffed, but we do our best to catch up. It’s a straightforward restaurant for people who just want a meal in their own neighborhood without traveling too far. We keep it simple and just do the work.
