Salian

We are situated in Aurangabad on the Gulmohar Colony Road. Our place is in the CIDCO N 6 area, right across from the Vidyanath Bank. It is a decent neighborhood where people mostly know each other. We set up Salian to be a place where locals can get a good meal without any fuss. The area around here is quite active during bank hours, so we see a lot of people coming in for a quick break. We have a simple setup with tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the time we have been open. It isn't a place for fine dining or anything like that; it is more of a spot where you come as you are. We do the cooking ourselves and keep an eye on everything that goes out to the tables. The weather in Aurangabad can get pretty hot, so we try to keep the place as cool as possible for our customers. We usually start our prep work early so that everything is ready by the time the first person walks in. We have a few regulars who come in every day and sit at the same tables. It makes the place feel more like a community spot than just a business. We just want to keep things going steadily and make sure the food is consistent every time someone visits us.
