Sai Swaraj Restaurant

Our restaurant is right on the Beed Bypass Road in Garkheda, opposite the Gadekar complex. Being on a bypass means we get a lot of people who are just passing through Aurangabad. We also have our regulars from the local neighborhood who come in for a meal. The road outside is usually humming with the sound of trucks and cars. Inside, we try to keep things simple and functional. We have plain tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays busy most of the day. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on cooking and making sure the place is clean enough for people to sit down. Sometimes the power goes out or we run short on something, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That is just how life is running a restaurant on a busy road. We have a small team of cooks and servers who have been with us for a while. We spend a lot of time prepping in the mornings before the first travelers start stopping by. It is a basic place for a basic meal. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just open up every day and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the fans are loud, but they keep the air moving when the sun is beating down on the road.
