Sahara Naan Center

We’re located right at the Kat Kat Gate area, near Roshan Gate in Aurangabad. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of history and plenty of people moving about. Our shop focuses on making naan, which keeps us busy from morning until late at night. The ovens stay hot, and there is always flour on someone’s apron. We’ve been here in this part of Maharashtra for a long time, and we know many of the faces that come by daily. It’s a small place, but it’s always active. We don’t have much room for fancy decorations, so we just focus on the work itself. Making naan is a physical job, and it gets quite warm near the tandoors. We take turns handling the dough and serving the customers who wait outside. Sometimes there's a bit of a queue, especially in the evenings when everyone is getting dinner for their families. We just keep moving and try to get through the orders as they come. The street noise from Roshan Gate is part of our daily background. It’s a noisy, friendly place to be. We aren’t trying to be a big restaurant, just a reliable center for people to get their bread. Most of us have been working here for years, so we have a routine down. It’s simple, honest work, and we’re glad to be part of this community. You can find us easily if you're walking through the gate area.
