Residency Restaurant (Taj Residency Hotel)

Our restaurant is tucked inside the Taj Residency Hotel over at 8 N 12 on Dr Rafiq Zakaria Marg. We are part of the CIDCO Colony area in Aurangabad, specifically near Rauza Bagh. It’s a well-known spot in the 431003 area, so people usually don’t have much trouble finding us. We focus on the food and making sure the tables are set. Since we are inside the hotel, we get a mix of people staying there and locals coming in for a meal. The kitchen stays pretty busy from morning until late at night. We have a crew that’s been working together for a while, and we just go about our business day by day. It’s a big space, and we spend a lot of time cleaning and prepping ingredients. The menu has stayed pretty consistent because we know what people like to eat when they come here. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the restaurant is full, but that’s a good sign for us. We don't do anything too fancy with the service, we just bring out the plates and make sure the water glasses are full. Living and working in CIDCO Colony means we see the same faces quite often. We’re just a regular part of the hotel operation, trying to keep the kitchen running smoothly and the guests fed. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do.
