At Prathamesh Pure Veg Restaurant, we focus on serving vegetarian food to the folks here in Aurangabad. Our place is located on Plot No 161/162, right along Vivekanand College Road. It’s a busy street, especially with the college students and people heading toward Samarthnagar. We are quite close to Sawarkar Chauk, which is a major landmark most people in the city recognize easily. Being in the 431001 area code means we get a lot of local foot traffic. We’ve kept the restaurant straightforward because that’s what our customers seem to like. It’s a pure veg spot, so no meat enters our kitchen at all. We spend most of our mornings getting everything prepped before the lunch rush starts. The weather in Maharashtra can get pretty hot, so we try to keep the inside comfortable for anyone coming in off the street. It’s not a huge place, but there’s enough room for families or groups of students to grab a bite.
