Our business, known simply as Patel, is located in Aurangabad Ho. We're right in the Rauza Baug area, specifically across from the Sbh Bank. It is a central spot in the 431001 zip code, so there are always people moving about. This place is just our own local spot, not a massive firm. It is just this one location here in Maharashtra. The shop is filled with all sorts of things, and it can get a bit cluttered sometimes. We don't have a fancy layout or professional organizers. We just put things where they fit. My family has been doing this for a while, and we just keep at it. It’s a practical kind of place. If you need something, you come in and ask. We don't have a website or a social media person. We just talk to the people who walk through the door. Sometimes it’s busy and we can’t talk for long, but we try to help everyone out. The street outside can be quite dusty, but that’s just life in the city. We open early and stay until we’re done for the day. It isn't a complicated business. We just buy what we need and sell it to our neighbors. It’s a local shop for local needs, and we’ve been part of this community for a long time now.
