Pakija Restaurant

We are located on Neharu Bhavan Road, specifically in the Buldi Line area of Aurangabad. It is a central part of the city, so there is always people walking around or cars parked nearby. We’ve been at this spot for a good while. The restaurant is just a regular place where people come to sit down and eat their lunch or dinner. We don't have fancy menus or uniforms. It's mostly just us in our regular clothes serving food. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. We start prepping the vegetables and meat quite early in the morning so everything is ready for the lunch rush. Sometimes the fans are clicking or the chairs scrape the floor, but it’s a lived-in space that we take care of. We know a lot of the people who come in by name because they work in the offices nearby or live just down the street. We focus on making the kind of food we would eat at home. It’s not about being a big corporate chain. We are just a local Aurangabad business trying to keep things running every day. Some days are busier than others, especially on weekends when families come out for a meal. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The sign outside has been there a long time and it shows a bit of wear from the sun, but we like it that way. It feels like our own place.
