Om SAI Samarth Pure Veg Family Restaurant

Our restaurant is right on Ajanta Road in Phulumbri, which is part of the Aurangabad area in Maharashtra. We are located near the Lahanewadi Phata, so we get a lot of people who are traveling through or heading towards the caves. It’s a pure veg place because that is what we know how to cook best. The family is involved in almost everything here. My father sits at the counter most days, and the rest of us are either in the kitchen or helping the customers. It’s a 431111 pin code area, so it’s a bit away from the main city center. Things move a little slower out here, which we don't mind. We have a decent amount of space for families to sit together. The chairs aren't the softest, but they do the job for a meal. We spend a lot of time cleaning vegetables and making sure the kitchen is ready for the lunch rush. It gets quite hot in this part of Maharashtra, so we try to keep the place as cool as possible for whoever walks in. We don't have a big menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to what we are good at making. Usually, it’s the locals from Phulumbri who come in, but we like seeing new faces too. It’s a basic, honest spot where you can eat and then get back on the road. We just focus on the cooking and keeping the place running.
