Mustafa biryani

Mustafa biryani is over in City Chowk, right near the police station. If you know where MD Photo Studio is, we are basically right there in Bhori Khatada. Aurangabad is a busy city, and this area is especially crowded during the day. We have been making biryani for a while now. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have air conditioning or anything like that. Just some fans and good food. The pots are usually steaming by lunch time. People come from the offices and the shops around here. Sometimes the police from the station next door stop by too. It’s a loud area with all the bikes and people talking. We use local spices and just cook the way we know how. The shop isn’t very big, so sometimes people have to wait a little bit for a seat. Or they just take it home. We don’t have a fancy website or anything. We just focus on the rice and the meat. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets too busy. We try to keep the prices fair for everyone. It is just a local biryani shop in the heart of the city. Nothing more than that. We open up when the sun is up and stay until the food is finished. It’s hard work, but we are used to it. The City Chowk vibe is always energetic and we like being part of it. We hope to see you around sometime.
