Metro Restaurants

Our spot is over in the N-13 area of Aurangabad, not too far from where the Taj Residency is. It’s a pretty decent area to be in. We get a lot of people coming by from the Hudco Corner side of town. The restaurant has been here for a bit, and we mostly see the same faces every week. It’s quiet in the mornings, but then the lunch crowd hits and things get moving. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure the spices are right for the day. Aurangabad can get really hot, so people like to come in and just sit under the fans for a while. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It's just a few of us making sure things run. Sometimes the vegetable delivery is late, and we have to scramble, but that’s just how it goes running a place here. The neighborhood knows us by now. We don't put up big posters or anything. If you're near the Aurangabad HO area, you've probably walked past us a dozen times. We just focus on serving what we have and keeping the tables clean for the next person. It’s a basic setup, nothing that’s going to win awards, but it works for the folks living around here who just want a meal without any fuss or expensive prices.
